💰 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds within 7 days from delivery if:

  • Incorrect item received.

  • Product not as described.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or engraved jewelry

  • Items worn or used after delivery

  • Discounted/sale products (if specified)

3. Return Process

  2. Provide photos and order number.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back at your expense (unless defective).

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after item inspection.

  • Refund will be applied to original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of defect/error).

5. Exchange

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customer pays any price difference.
